Chuleeporn (Gwen) is a professional, dedicated and committed leader. She has build upon a foundation of exceptional skills gained from working for the very first certified rail academy in the Middle East. Her depth of learning and development skills has included assessment, verification and building both Learning Management Systems and Competency Management Systems. She is fully qualified from the UK City and Guild's as a trainer and assessor and has had considerable skills in adult education. Gwen is a very hard working, dedicated and loyal worker to her team and committed individual in delivering results.

She has a thorough understanding of principles of learning, cultural diversity and teaching people of a variety of backgrounds, experiences and cultures placing great emphasis on the importance of safety, wellbeing and customer service.

In Thailand more recently she has been extensively involved in the establishment of the Competency framework for Thailand's first (and also the first in SE Asia) High Speed Rail System and the taking over of the existing Airport Rail Link and the transformation of that business from a training environment to a learning environment that is focused on the competency and development of its people.
