Hi, I’m Gwen (Chuleeporn). With 10+ years of global experience building scalable, high-impact learning solutions, I build learning products that drive real performance outcomes from concept to delivery.

I’ve worked across Dubai, Bangkok, and Amsterdam, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven learning experiences across EMEA and APAC.

My expertise sits at the intersection of learning design and execution—developing end-to-end solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and action mapping, with strong hands-on experience in Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), LMS transformation, and global content delivery.

I’ve designed & developed 150+ learning solutions across product knowledge, customer & technical support, soft skills & leadership, compliance, HSQE, systems & tools, onboarding, and operations—focusing on engagement, scalability, and measurable performance outcomes.

I’m a City & Guilds (UK) certified trainer and assessor, and hold a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design (Distinction) from the Digital Learning Institute (UK).

Currently based in the Netherlands, I’m continuously expanding my skills in UX/UI, project management (Google PM), and coding, with a strong interest in applying AI and automation to optimize learning design and delivery.

Outside of working hours

In my free time, I love relaxing with my husband Marthinus by watching comedies on Netflix. Traveling is a passion, and being in the Middle East makes it easy to explore new places. I enjoy starting trips with walking tours to get a feel for the area.

I'm also a social butterfly, preferring spontaneous get-togethers with friends over nights out. I'm always open to new experiences and excited for what’s next!

In 2019, I founded Bangkok&Co, a small business specializing in customized handmade woven bags from Thailand, where I managed social media, web development, project delivery, and design. Although the project has since ended, it provided hands-on experience in coding and design tools.
